What is a virtual Christmas party?
A virtual Christmas party does not take place at a predetermined location. Instead, the participants get together online, for example, via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. The advantage: teams scattered over a large distance can still celebrate together, and there is no risk of contagion in the event of illness.
How to: virtual Christmas party
If a Christmas party is held online, a program should be created in advance. The focus here is on entertaining the employees. A typical teamazing party relies on creative games such as “Chain reaction” or “Whoiswho.” In “Chain reaction”, participants build parts of a domino chain at home, which is then “knocked down” as one big chain. In “Whoiswho,” employees send children’s photos to the game master in advance, and the staff must then guess the corresponding person.
