High-performance phases with inner strength, optimism and composure – resilience, a skill that can be learned and trained.
Taking the situation as it is – with all the hurdles and challenges – is a learning process that will always accompany us. The more often we manage it, the more resilient and happier we become. In addition to creating a common understanding of the topics of stress, strain and resilience, the focus is on teaching practical tools for developing individual and collective resilience. Using examples from everyday work, personal challenges are addressed and solutions for them are developed together. In this way, participants experience self-empowerment and develop enthusiasm for the resilience approach.
