Participation is free of charge and allowed to any natural person. Prerequisite for participation is a successful attempt at the Maze Race at the teamazing booth at the HR Inside Summit Summer Edition 2022.

1. Who will be excluded from participation?

teamazing is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of teamazing and the participating companies as well as their relatives are not allowed to participate in this competition. The legal process is excluded.

The winning teams of the two days will be determined by lottery from among all participants.

The winner will be notified by contacting the winner via email.

1. How do I receive my winnings?

With the notification of the prize, the winner will be requested to provide teamazing with the contact details for sending or handing over the prize. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact data provided.

1. What happens if I do not contact you after I have been notified of my win?

If a winner does not contact teamazing within two days after notification of the win, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides teamazing with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.

teamazing reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, teamazing will only make use of this possibility if for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. teamazing is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by equivalent prizes.

Cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Winning claims of participants over 15 years of age cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They will be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. teamazing reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
