innoGPT review at a glance: on OMR Reviews innoGPT scores 4.7 out of 5 from 47 reviews (as of 14 October 2026), the Business plan costs €25 per user per month, and a separate § 203 plan for professional secrecy holders can be booked.
innoGPT is an AI workspace for companies from Vechta, Germany, operated by Inno KI GmbH. According to the vendor, it bundles chat with dozens of AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and others), company knowledge from SharePoint, OneDrive or Drive, assistants and governance in one GDPR-compliant platform hosted in the EU. The Business plan costs €25 per user per month excl. VAT (pricing page, as of 14 October 2026), and there is a 7-day trial without payment details.
This review answers the questions buyers actually ask: what innoGPT costs for a team, what users report on OMR Reviews, how data protection and § 203 StGB are handled, and which innoGPT alternatives are worth comparing before you sign.
Transparency note: this article is published by teamazing. We build Teamo AI, one of the platforms compared here, so we are not neutral. Teamo AI is marked as our product in every table. Information about other vendors comes from their public pricing and product pages (as of 14 October 2026).
What is innoGPT and who is behind it?
innoGPT is a multi-model AI platform for teams, built and operated by Inno KI GmbH in Vechta, Lower Saxony (commercial register Amtsgericht Oldenburg, managing directors Maurice Brumund and Mike Koene, per the legal notice). The company describes itself as bootstrapped, i.e. growing without large outside investment, and puts personal customer success, live trainings and prompt workshops at the centre of its offer.
The product's core idea, in the vendor's words: turn shadow AI into productive, measurable company AI. In practice that means one workspace where employees chat with many models, work with their documents and use shared assistants, while admins control access, budgets and compliance. Per the vendor, more than 1,000 companies use innoGPT. Like most tools in this category (see our EU ChatGPT alternatives overview), it is a chat-first workspace rather than a system that acts inside your other tools on its own.
What can innoGPT do? The feature set
What does innoGPT cost? Prices 2026
innoGPT publishes its prices: the Business plan is €25 per user per month excl. VAT for up to 1,000 users, with SSO/SAML available at extra cost. For 50 users that is €1,250 per month at the list price, before add-ons. The vendor advertises a discount for annual billing. Enterprise pricing is individual.
Two things matter more than the headline number. First, premium models draw on a budget whose consumption is weighted by model, so heavy users of the most expensive models can hit the limit; innoGPT sells one-off top-ups for that. Second, power users can get a Business Max licence with a much larger personal budget. If you compare per-seat prices across vendors, check how each one meters premium model usage, the same trap we describe in ChatGPT Enterprise pricing.
| Plan | Price (as of 14 Oct 2026) | Key points per vendor |
|---|---|---|
Business | €25 / user / month excl. VAT | All features, team collaboration, up to 1,000 users, SSO/SAML at extra cost |
Business Max licence | €109 monthly or €99 billed annually, per user / month excl. VAT | Much larger personal budget for premium models, combinable with Business seats |
§ 203 licence | €25 / user / month excl. VAT, on request | From 20 licences, confidentiality commitment under § 203 (4) StGB, EU hosting in Berlin |
Enterprise | Individual | 1,000+ users, self-hosting / on-premise, dedicated support manager, custom SLAs; 3-month pilot programme from €8,500 |
Private plans | Go €9.90, Personal €19, Family €34.90, Personal Pro €49.90 per month incl. VAT | For freelancers, students and households |
Add-ons | PII filter from €69 / month; top-ups €5 to €1,000 one-off | Video generation and external API billed by use |
Test with the models you will actually use. Per the pricing page, the 7-day trial includes standard models only, and the trial is not yet § 203-compliant (the vendor activates § 203 mode on request). If your team mainly needs premium models, ask for a test that includes them, otherwise the trial tells you little about quality and budget.
innoGPT experiences: what users report
The user feedback is clearly positive. On OMR Reviews, innoGPT holds 4.7 out of 5 from 47 reviews (41 five-star, 6 four-star, none lower, as of 14 October 2026). Reviewers most often praise the support team, the easy setup of assistants and having many models in one place at a price below several separate subscriptions.
The critical points are consistent too, and worth taking into your pilot: some reviewers mention occasional error messages or bugs, responses that feel slower than in native ChatGPT or Claude, premium budgets that run out before the month ends, issues in the iPad app and a PII filter they found hard to use. One reviewer writes that the rollout in their company was an introduction rather than real training. Keep in mind that OMR marks reviews where the reviewer was invited by OMR or the vendor and received a voucher or charity donation in return; that is standard on the platform, but it is useful context when you read any vendor's score. We apply the same reading to Langdock experiences and meinGPT experiences.

Is innoGPT GDPR-compliant?
Per the vendor, yes: innoGPT hosts data in Frankfurt am Main on AWS, is ISO 27001 certified, offers a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR that you can conclude in your account settings, and states that neither innoGPT nor its technology partners use your inputs or outputs to train models. A trust center provides the ISO certificate, the sub-processor list and the DPA for download.
Compliance is still your job, not the vendor's. The German data protection conference (DSK) guidance on AI and data protection expects you to check purpose, legal basis and data flows yourself, and the EU AI Act adds AI literacy duties for your staff. For professional secrecy holders, the relevant question is § 203 StGB: innoGPT offers a dedicated licence with a confidentiality commitment for that. Our DPA checklist for EU AI chats lists the clauses to read before you sign.

How to test innoGPT in 7 days
Step 1: Read the trust center first
Download the DPA, the sub-processor list and the ISO certificate before anyone uploads a document. Check which models your admins will allow, because only part of the catalogue is marked as EU-hosted.
Step 2: Pick three real use cases
For example: drafting customer emails, summarising long PDFs, answering questions from your SharePoint. Write down what good output looks like before you start. If you are unsure where AI helps most, run a free AI readiness assessment.
Step 3: Ask for premium models in the trial
The standard trial covers standard models only. If your use cases need the strongest models, ask the vendor how to test them, and whether § 203 mode can be enabled if you need it.
Step 4: Watch the budget, not just the answers
Note how fast your power users consume the premium budget. Project it to a full month and to all seats, including possible Business Max licences and top-ups.
Step 5: Run one alternative in parallel
Test the same three use cases in one alternative from the table below. Compare output quality, total monthly cost and how many employees actually used the tool after a week. A short AI usage survey gives you that last number.
innoGPT alternatives: 5 platforms compared
The closest innoGPT alternatives are other EU-focused AI workspaces with per-seat pricing: DeutschlandGPT, Langdock, meinGPT and Logicc. Teamo AI, our own product, takes a different approach: it works as a context layer across the tools your team already uses. All prices below are as published by the vendors on 14 October 2026, excluding VAT where the vendor states it.

innoGPT vs Teamo AI: workspace or context layer?
The two products answer different questions. innoGPT asks: how do I give every employee a safe, well-supported AI chat with many models? Teamo AI asks: how does AI work with what the team already has, in the tools where the work happens? Teamo AI connects an unlimited number of systems (Slack, Teams, Jira, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, calendar, and any in-house API via its integration assistant), runs agents across them with approval steps for actions that have external effect, keeps audit logs and applies permissions per person and team. It reaches people in Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp, which matters for staff without a desk (why that matters).
On price, 50 seats cost €498.50 per month with Teamo AI and €1,250 with innoGPT Business at list price. Both are EU-hosted with a DPA and no training on customer data. If you want to understand the context-layer idea first, read what an AI context layer is.
Teamo AI: no minimum seats, no sales call
Teamo AI turns your team's scattered knowledge into one shared intelligence that belongs to your company and stays in Europe: Slack, Teams, Jira, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive and your calendar connected, permissions per person and team, €9.97 per user. 14 days free, no credit card, your team invited in minutes.
Where innoGPT is the better choice, and where an alternative fits
innoGPT is the better choice if you are a law firm, tax adviser or medical practice that needs a § 203 licence with a confidentiality commitment; if your main goal is to give every employee a broad model catalogue in one secure chat; if you value personal customer success, live trainings and workshops; or if freelancers and small offices want a private plan with apps on every device.
An alternative fits better if you want AI that works inside Slack, Teams, Jira or your CRM and acts there with approvals (Teamo AI); if the lowest entry price matters most (DeutschlandGPT has a free plan, meinGPT's licence starts at €18 billed annually before model budget); or if you want a large workflow module from day one (Langdock sells it as an add-on). For small teams, our guide to the best AI platform for small businesses walks through the decision.
