Logicc review in short: Logicc is an AI workspace from Hamburg (operated by Logicc GmbH) that brings models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral into one chat interface, with assistants, document analysis and an OpenAI-compatible API. Per vendor, chats and files are stored in Germany and model requests are processed in the EU. Its sharpest profile is regulated professions: from the Secure+ plan, Logicc offers a confidentiality agreement under § 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) for professional secrecy holders such as law firms, tax advisors and medical practices.
For this review we evaluated the public pricing page, the security and trust documentation, the model and integration overviews and the independent reviews we could find, all as of 14 October 2026. We did not run a long-term customer project, so the last section gives you a checklist to run the 7-day trial yourself. If you are still comparing the whole market, start with our EU ChatGPT alternative comparison.
Transparency note: this article is published by teamazing. We build Teamo AI, one of the platforms compared here, and are therefore not neutral. Teamo AI is marked as our product in every table. The information on other vendors comes from their public pricing and product pages (as of 14 October 2026).
What Is Logicc and Who Is Behind It?
Logicc is a multi-model AI workspace for companies that work with confidential data. The operator is Logicc GmbH, based in Hamburg. According to its own company page, Logicc was founded in 2025 by Emil Woermann, Jacob Leffers, Santiago Martinez-Avial and Benjamin Seifert and has a team of around 20 people. Per vendor, more than 3,000 companies and over 34,000 active users work with the platform. An interview on deutsche-startups.de (April 2026) describes how the company narrowed its focus from "everyone" to industries that handle sensitive data.
The product consists of four building blocks: chat with document analysis, reusable assistants connected to company knowledge, integrations with tools such as Notion or Jira, and an API. Logicc names law firms, medicine, the public sector and financial services as its core industries, each with its own security page. Tax advisors, auditors and notaries are explicitly covered by the same § 203 safeguards per vendor.
That makes Logicc a different shape of product than a general AI hub. If your main question is "may we put client files into an AI at all?", Logicc is built around exactly that question. If your main question is "how does AI work across our CRM, Slack and project tools?", the comparison further down matters more. Our guide to AI for small businesses explains that distinction in more depth.
Logicc Pricing 2026: What Do the Plans Cost?
| Plan (as of 14 Oct 2026) | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Key additions per vendor |
|---|---|---|---|
Business | 29.90 €/user/month | 23.92 €/user/month | Leading AI models, Smart Select, own assistants and projects, unlimited document uploads, web search, standard usage limit |
Secure+ | 49.90 €/user/month | 39.92 €/user/month | Everything in Business, +70 % usage limit, agreement under § 203 StGB, access to certificates and audits |
Max | 89.90 €/user/month | 71.92 €/user/month | +200 % usage limit, Claude Opus and GPT-5.6 Sol, § 203 agreement, SSO and identity management (incl. SCIM), priority support |
Enterprise | Individual | Individual | 10,000+ users, individual API integrations, hosting on dedicated servers, SLA, onboarding workshop, dedicated account management |
Logicc costs between 23.92 € and 89.90 € per user per month excl. VAT, depending on plan and billing cycle (as of 14 October 2026). Annual billing saves 20 %. Per the pricing page, the monthly term renews automatically by one month each time. The 7-day trial runs on the full Max plan, needs no credit card and ends automatically, and the data processing agreement (AVV) is signed directly in the platform.
For a team of 50, that is 1,495 € per month on Business with monthly billing, 1,196 € with annual billing, and 1,996 € per month on Secure+ annual. Model usage is included through what Logicc calls a fair usage budget for the whole organization that grows with team size; per vendor, more than 98 % of users never reach their limit. Plan the tier by what you actually need: if you are a professional secrecy holder, the § 203 agreement starts at Secure+, and SSO starts at Max. For how other EU platforms price the same seats, see our ChatGPT Enterprise cost guide.
Data Protection, Hosting and § 203 StGB: How Secure Is Logicc?
Logicc documents its data flows unusually openly: storage in Germany, model processing in the EU, a public AVV with technical and organizational measures, and a § 203 agreement as a download. Per its security page, documents, chat histories and account data sit in ISO 27001-certified data centers operated by Hetzner in Nuremberg and Falkenstein. OpenAI models run via Microsoft Azure in Sweden, Claude and Gemini via Google Cloud in Germany and Belgium, and Mistral is listed as an EU-based provider. Zero data retention is agreed with the model providers "as far as technically possible", and customer data is not used for training.
Two details are worth reading precisely. First, the BSI C5 Type 2 attestation applies to the cloud infrastructure of the hosting partner, as Logicc itself states. Second, after a § 203 agreement is signed, models from individual providers that are not part of it are no longer available; per vendor, most models remain usable. Logicc also offers the Austrian (§ 121 StGB) and Swiss (Art. 321 StGB) equivalents.
The legal background: § 203 StGB allows professional secrecy holders to involve service providers only if those are bound to confidentiality, and tax advisors additionally have to observe § 62a StBerG. The German data protection authorities explain in their guidance on AI and data protection (DSK, May 2024) what you should check before using AI. Our AVV checklist for EU AI chats turns that into concrete questions for any vendor.
| Point | Logicc per vendor (as of 14 Oct 2026) |
|---|---|
| Operator | Logicc GmbH, Hamburg |
| Storage | Germany: Hetzner data centers in Nuremberg and Falkenstein (ISO 27001) |
| Model processing | EU: Azure Sweden (OpenAI), Google Cloud DE/BE (Claude, Gemini), Mistral (EU) |
| Training on customer data | No, contractually and technically excluded |
| AVV / sub-processors | AVV under Art. 28 GDPR with TOMs; binding list in the AVV annex; changes announced at least 15 days ahead with right to object |
| § 203 StGB | From Secure+, signed digitally in the app; AT § 121 StGB, CH Art. 321 StGB |
| Access control | Roles in all plans; 2FA and passkeys; SSO (Entra ID, Google, Okta, SAML) with SCIM from Max |
| Encryption | AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit |
Check your AI governance before you pick a plan
A § 203 agreement covers the vendor. It does not decide who in your firm may put which files into the AI. Our free governance assessment maps roles, permissions and audit needs in about 10 minutes.
Which Models and Integrations Does Logicc Offer?
Logicc offers current models from four providers and a growing integration directory, with the strongest models reserved for the Max plan. Per its model overview: OpenAI (GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra and Luna, GPT-5.5, o3 and older GPT-5 versions), Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 5, Claude Opus 4.5 to 4.8, Claude Haiku 4.5), Google (Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini 3.5 and 2.5 Flash, Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite) and Mistral (Medium, Small, Magistral). GPT-5.6 Sol and Claude Opus are part of Max only. A Smart Select feature picks a suitable model per task.
On integrations, Logicc lists Notion, Asana, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), Linear, Calendly, Supabase, Trello, Fireflies, Granola, Scite, Productlane and Simpliciter.AI as live. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zapier are announced as "coming soon", as are industry connections such as DATEV for tax advisors. Direct connections to your own software and databases are part of Enterprise. Before you rely on any integration, test in the trial whether it only reads data or can also act.
The pattern here is typical for a chat-first platform: the AI works on what you upload or what an integration feeds in. Whether that is enough depends on where your knowledge lives. We explain the difference to a context layer across your systems separately.
Logicc Experiences: What Do Users Report?
Independent user reviews of Logicc are still rare: on OMR Reviews we found three ratings with an average of 3.2 out of 5 (as of 14 October 2026). That is too small a sample for a verdict, and OMR itself notes that there are not yet enough reviews for a summary. The praise concerns the automatic model selection, where you can still switch manually and keep your prompt, and personal, quickly reachable support. The criticism concerns usage transparency (a reviewer reached a limit without seeing the consumption) and model availability, which matches the pricing structure: the largest models are part of Max only.
The broader context explains why a product like Logicc finds customers. In a Bitkom survey from September 2025, 36 % of German companies with 20+ employees used AI, while 48 % named strict data protection requirements as a hurdle and 39 % worried that data could fall into the wrong hands. Logicc addresses precisely this group. Because so few independent experiences exist, weigh your own trial more heavily than usual, and ask colleagues from your chamber or professional network. A short AI usage survey in your team shows beforehand which use cases really matter.

Logicc and Teamo AI solve different main problems: Logicc secures confidential documents for regulated professions, Teamo AI connects the knowledge spread across your team tools. Both offer models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Mistral, EU hosting and an AVV. The difference lies in where the AI works. Logicc is chat-first: you upload files, build assistants and connect a growing list of tools. Teamo AI connects an unlimited number of systems (Slack, Teams, Jira, Notion, HubSpot, Pipedrive, calendar and in-house APIs via an AI integration assistant that reads the API docs and sets up the integration), runs agents across them with approval steps for actions with external effect, keeps audit logs and assigns permissions per person and team. It also reaches people in Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp, which matters for staff without a desk.
On price, Teamo AI starts at 9.97 € per user per month without a seat minimum; Logicc starts at 23.92 € annually. Compare like with like, though: Logicc includes a model usage budget and a § 203 agreement from Secure+, which Teamo AI does not list as a standard feature. Among the other EU options, Langdock costs 25 € per standard seat and has its own switching guide; meinGPT charges per user by seat tier plus a separate model budget. For document-first knowledge platforms, see our Blockbrain alternatives.
Teamo AI: scattered knowledge becomes one intelligence
If your knowledge lives in Slack, Teams, Jira, HubSpot or Pipedrive rather than in uploaded files, Teamo AI connects it into one shared intelligence that belongs to your company and stays in Europe. 14 days free, no credit card, your team invited in minutes.
Where Logicc Is the Better Choice
Logicc is the better choice if you are a professional secrecy holder and your main use case is working with confidential documents. That applies to law firms, tax advisory and audit firms, notaries and medical practices that need a signed § 203 agreement, a public AVV with TOMs and documented model regions before anyone uploads a client file. Logicc packages exactly that into a self-service plan from 39.92 € per user per month (Secure+, annual), including the Austrian and Swiss equivalents, which helps firms working across DACH.
Logicc also fits well if your team mainly wants one secure chat with several top models, document summaries and reusable assistants, and does not need the AI to act in CRM or messaging tools. The industry pages and use cases (contract review against your own templates, file summaries, briefs, medical letters) show where the product is heading. If instead your knowledge sits in team tools and you want agents to work across them, a context layer such as Teamo AI fits better. Our overview for small businesses helps you weigh the two shapes.
How to Test Logicc in 7 Days
Day 1: Sign the AVV and define your test cases
Sign the AVV in the platform and pick three real but anonymized tasks, for example a contract review, a file summary and a client letter. Decide beforehand what a good result looks like.
Day 2: Read the AVV annex and the § 203 agreement
Check the binding sub-processor list in the AVV annex and, if you are a secrecy holder, the § 203 agreement. Note which models would no longer be available after signing.
Day 3: Compare models on your tasks
The trial runs on Max, so you see Claude Opus and GPT-5.6 Sol too. Check whether the plan you would actually buy delivers good enough results without them.
Day 4: Build one assistant and share it
Build an assistant for a recurring task, share it with a colleague and test the roles (owner, editor, user).
Day 5: Test the integrations you need
Connect the tools you actually use and check whether the AI only reads or can also act. Note which of your tools are still marked coming soon.
Day 6: Check usage and limits
Ask the vendor how you can see usage per person and what happens at the limit. That is the point where OMR reviewers wanted more transparency.
Day 7: Decide on the plan and the term
Calculate monthly versus annual billing for your team size and remember that the monthly term renews automatically. Compare with at least one alternative under the same test cases.
Do not test with real client data before the paperwork is done. Even with a vendor that offers a § 203 agreement, you are responsible for signing the AVV and, as a secrecy holder, the confidentiality agreement before confidential data enters the system. Use anonymized documents in the trial and run a free AI readiness assessment to see which teams are ready for the rollout.
Verdict: Who Should Choose Logicc?
Logicc review: the verdict
