It has been proven that there is undiscovered potential in every team. But what exactly is empowerment and what does it trigger in teams? Derived from the concept of “high-performance teams”, teamazing’s team empowerment model has been supplemented with the factors of intrinsic motivation, team spirit and fun. In this workshop, the group works out what opportunities for individual development are available and how the team can use these in a self-organized way. Subsequently, the framework conditions of the further development process are defined and possible next steps are outlined.
