Hey Paul, thanks for doing this! So why did we at teamazing coin a vision statement?
“We had different views of what our company is all about and what our company stands for. We noticed that everyone had different reasons for why we get up in the morning and work with motivation. This also resulted in problems around decisions for the future and also a certain lack of perspective because there was no agreement on where we wanted teamazing to go.”

“We used the “Cover Story” methodology, in which small groups each design a front page of a newspaper. A front page about a success story of one’s own company or team in 5 years – with everything that goes with it: pictures, statements from employees, impressions of the market and, of course, the success story itself.
You can be super creative and think outside the box. Funny aspects are also important. Many motivating and abstruse stories have come out of this: From teamazing, which is included as a word in the Duden to the teamazing IPO. There was really everything – many wild ideas that we then presented to each other and then reduced to the core messages. What is the common denominator in all these cover stories?
