Only through reflection does team building become a sustainable and effective measure for personnel development. Within this workshop, participants will identify and discuss possible parallels between everyday challenges faced by teams and the playful experiences in the previous team challenge. The various experiential building tasks provide a sustainable memory anchor, making the learned lessons more memorable.
During the Team Building Extended, participants will work on the following two questions in a participatory workshop:
- What behavior did we exhibit during the experiential building tasks?
- What can we learn from it for our work and leadership everyday life?
Thus, the transfer of learning is made possible, and predetermined changes can be achieved. Our trainers are able to trigger the necessary reflection and transfer processes among the participants. The experience and processing of the learned lessons are balanced in the combination of the challenge and workshop.
