Get to know your colleagues in a playful way
A prerequisite for good teamwork is a harmonious relationship and a strong basis of trust between colleagues. Our Get2Know Games are a fun way for colleagues to get to know each other. Choose an energizer (or several) and some games that you and your team will play. Each point extends the total duration of the event by 20 minutes.
To participate in our virtual teambuilding, your team members need a laptop/computer, a webcam, a microphone and of course a stable internet connection. Even though there is the possibility to participate via a tablet or mobile device, this is not recommended as we are limited in function.
Participants are given questions to answer for their peers in small groups afterwards. After each round a new question is asked and the group is reshuffled.
Beforehand, we receive childhood photos from the participants and fun or exciting facts. This is then used to create a quiz that is personalized to the participants.
