Experience building creates experiences. These, in turn, create positive emotions in a targeted manner in order to create positive-emotional links to a topic or between people in the target group. Team building is the bringing together of several people, as well as the development of skills within the group, which are needed to achieve a common goal. Since our experience building tasks can only be solved in a team and with different skills and maximum points in the tasks are defined as a common goal, experience building is a concept that expands team building with the factor experience. Therefore, experience building is a combination of team building and experience pedagogy.

In addition to a traditional team-building game, an adventure building task creates a strong positive experience. This experience becomes a special commonality of the team and serves as a foundation for effective team building. Experience building tasks all have a special focus, last 30 minutes and must be solved in a team. With the help of a modular system, you can choose the focus and duration of your Challenge individually with your task selection: From action & fun to effective team training. Our tasks are designed by teamazing itself & developed - that makes them unique and innovative.

After the welcome, the participants are divided into teams of 4-5 people and start the challenge together. The teams complete the booked adventure building tasks in a circle so that there is no waiting time. The logistical process is supported by our WebApp. During each adventure building task, the teams are professionally, warmly and humorously supervised by our adventure builders (team trainers) and can win up to 20 points. The team with the most points emerges as the glorious winner of the Challenge.
Optional: The points of all teams can also be added up at the end of the Challenge and compared with the teamazing "All-Tim-Bestlist". This way all teams pull together and try to achieve the best possible rank in the bestlist.

We distinguish our employees according to experience builders and workshop leaders.

Experience builders have all received good training from us and most of them have many years of experience in working with teams. Their backgrounds, however, are very different: pedagogues, students, freelancers or other professional groups for whom normal work is not enough and who do the work at teamazing as a passion and compensation on the side. It is not uncommon for adventure builders to take a vacation with other employers to look after customers at teamazing - that says a lot about the enthusiasm of adventure builders.

The price of our program depends primarily on the duration and the required experience builders. For the Challenge, one adventure builder will supervise between 5 and 10 participants.

Nobody likes Rain. In order to still put on a successful event, the outdoor tasks are simply replaced by indoor tasks. The decision whether the tasks can be safely carried out is made by the teamazing event manager on site. If it is decided that the event cannot be carried out in its entirety, an alternative date will be offered within 9 months. For more details see terms.

Yes, very well indeed! Many of the experience building tasks offer a great opportunity to place specific content or products. In addition, the WebApp is provided with the company logo. Optionally, special content such as quiz questions, videos or special tasks can be integrated into the WebApp. Perfect to repeat and consolidate current content.
