Feedback after each task

After the individual experience-building tasks, we initiate a short self-reflection with targeted questions and give the team well-founded, non-judgmental observation feedback. With the feedback received, the team starts the next task and can ideally directly apply and train what they have learned. After the challenge, all information is collected and a summary of the cooperation is drawn.
