When is my desired date secured?

After you receive the booking confirmation, your desired date is confirmed. After that, there are no worries for our availability for you left.

How to secure my desired date?

Booking is made by mail, confirm your proposal you’ve received automatically or through your personal account manager. Generally, we try to contact you within 24 hours after your request.

How fast can availabilities change?

It depends, we are working hard to make every event possible. But sometimes we have to make a stop to ensure great events for you and your team. High Seasons usually are April, May, September, October & December. This are dates were availabilities will mostly like be limited.

I received a quote, is my date secured?

No, only after you receive the booking confirmation, your date is secured. Check the booking calendar to see if your date is running out of availabilities.

My requested date switched to a “HOT Date”, which prices apply?

If you have received your booking confirmation before we switched to “HOT Date”, the prices remain fixed. If you haven’t received any booking confirmation, you may be affected by our “HOT Dates”. Your personal Account Manager will get in touch with you shortly to find the best solution or contact us directly.

Can I switch my booking from a normal date to a “HOT Date”

You can, but extra charges may apply.
