Bio: Paul is co-founder & CEO of teamazing and burns for its vision. With his visionary mindset, he already anticipated the changing environment in the world of work in 2014 and started integrating New Work concepts at teamazing just as early. His passion for team building & development, remote work and leadership is the result of his education as well as experiences as an entrepreneur and team player in amateur soccer and international e-sports. There he learned how to build a winning team spirit in virtual settings, how to embrace strengths and potentials, and how to achieve top performance as a remote team. These experiences make Paul a true New Work pioneer and expert who also understands the business context.

Paul’s skills are among others the reason why teamazing enthuses its employees with an outstanding New Work culture, which he has used in hundreds of talks, workshops and coaching sessions to develop thousands of teams and leaders. In doing so, Paul delivers the proof of concept of teamazing’s deeply rooted ideas of leadership and team development.

Paul gained his theoretical background in his business studies. In the meantime, he has changed sides and sets new standards in the field of management, leadership and team development himself. For example, at the Karl Franzens University in Graz at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Applied Business Administration, where students attend his Leadership Practice and Agile Business Management lectures. His opinions and ideas are also featured in TV reports on ORF or ProSieben, in podcasts and radio interviews, as well as in print media such as Kurier or Der Standard.

Besides that, Paul also supports the software company Joinpoints as a business angel, advises the start-up scene as a member of the Ideentriebwerk board and serves the EdTech Austria platform. Paul was elected by Business Punk magazine as one of the “10 Makers in HR and Education” in the German-speaking region and has received numerous awards and prizes with his team.
