Paul Stanzenberger

Bio: Paul is the founder & managing director of teamazing and burns for its vision. He loves his job and has already coached thousands of teams, held hundreds of talks and workshops. The visionary personality combined with his 10 years of experience in team building, team development, collaboration, leadership and business management makes him a true New Work pioneer and expert. He is responsible for ensuring that teamazing is strategically well-aligned and that the company’s goals are achieved. His greatest strength is to inspire others with the vision of teamazing. Paul was selected by Business Punk magazine as one of the “10 Makers in HR and Education” in the German-speaking region. His focus as a trainer is on leadership, team development, agile working and business management.

Additionally, he shares his knowledge and experience with students at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz. At the Center for Entrepreneurship and Applied Business Administration, he holds the lectures “Leadership Practice” and “Agile Business Management“.
