Bio: With over 10 years’ experience as a trainer, Marlene coaches teams with a good dose of enthusiasm and authenticity, particularly in the areas of leadership and innovation. When facilitating, she focuses on the strengths and potentials of each individual – and thus on the infinite power of a team. For her, trust and openness are the cornerstones of vibrant collaboration. In addition to teamazing workshops, she is a lecturer at the WIFI diploma course in event management.
