Lukas Komar

Bio: Lukas Komar is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at teamazing. He did not start his career at the company in a technical role. With his background as a data analyst and growth marketer specializing in online marketing, Lukas initially focused on increasing the company’s visibility, appeal, and digital growth.

But software development has always been one of his greatest passions. Over the years, Lukas moved closer and closer to the technical core of the company, building a company-specific app for our service business and central control software for operation and resource planning. He also automated the entire quotation process, giving us a significant digital advantage across the industry.

Today, as CTO, Lukas leads teamazing’s technological vision. He is responsible for the architecture and development of the company’s digital platforms and AI systems, including Teamo AI.

What drives Lukas most is the purpose behind the technology: helping teams work better together. This conviction drives his daily work. He develops tools that help companies continuously learn, adapt, and unlock the full potential of their employees.

During his years at teamazing, Lukas has made a name for himself as an expert in collaboration and focuses on removing the boundaries of stationary work in the digital age. As a digital nomad, he has acquired in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of New Work and is living proof of the concepts we present to our customers.
