Bio: Jessica is a team trainer and event manager. Communication is very important to her, which is also shown through her interest to different cultures and the 4 languages she speaks. It is always important to her to create a sense of togetherness and a feel-good atmosphere. This creates trust and the opportunity to allow changes. Previously, as a choreographer, she was responsible for creating her own shows. Thus, she has a feeling for potential recognition & creativity, which she can pass on to you, for example, in a coaching session for flip chart designs and presentations.
